OH MY GOODNESS. During the podcast, yours truly was talking about what could make every team better. When talking about the Steelers, I said that they needed another elite wide receiver to pair next to George Pickens. And this week, they made a huge move. The Steelers traded Minkah Fitzpatrick to the Dolphins for Jaxon Smith-Njiba.

Although Jaxon has not reached elite status yet, the young wide receiver is sure to become a Superstar in this league, especially on one of the best offenses in the league. With Artie Tyson starting to make a name for himself, the Steelers offense will surely find their way back on top. Najee Harris. Pat Freiermuth. George Pickens. Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Disgusting!

Not to mention this Steelers’ defense. Trading Minikah does sting, but this defense is still very good. With great development, the Steelers defensive line has become one of the best: T.J Watt, Tyree Wilson, and Shemar Stewart. Barrett Carter will be one of the best linebackers for years to come. And the Steelers secondary has come a long way from Season 3.

So now you are looking at an offense that will be better than last year (that ranked #1) and a defense that is known to generate pressure. What do you get? Well, I think you get a Super Bowl champion. I have said it before, if there is any team that can beat the Titans, it is this team. And after getting a Superstar wide receiver to boost this offense even more, I’m hopping on the bandwagon.
