The difference two seasons can make. Here we are. After being a lottery team (even though their pick was traded away), the Rams have a chance at making the NFC Championship game. The 49ers have played great football all season long. After acquiring Malik Willis, nobody has been able to touch them. These two teams met earlier in the year, where the 49ers would win by a touchdown. This is fit to be another banger.
The 49ers have shut all the noise up this season. Before the season, rumors had it that league GMs did not see the 49ers as true threats. Many claimed that they were only in the NFC Championship game because of their weak schedule. Well, with a tougher schedule, it has been much of the same. The 49ers have had big wins over some of the league’s top talent and now it’s time for them to shut the league up for good. In front of them, the Los Angeles Rams.
Off two seasons of mediocrity, the Rams got a new owner and new Head Coach (who has access to all roster moves). And what they have done so far has been extraordinary. They fought to get here and I know they won’t lay down tonight. The NFC Championship game is calling their names. In front of them, the 49ers.
