“That extra second that it took to get the ball out, that’s what caused the interception…waited two seconds too long” -OG commentator after Bo Nix threw an interception to Roquan Smith, sealing their fate in the Super Bowl.
Bo Nix and the Rams have not forgotten how close they were to hosting up the trophy. This season they have played even better football than last season and are now tied for first place in the NFC. Bo Nix has improved tremendously in the offseason and has shown how much of an X-Factor he really is. I got to talk to him privately and he told me that the interception he threw in the Super Bowl still haunts him to this day. He told me that the only way he would allow himself to get past that is to win the Super Bowl this season. The Rams currently have the #1 ranked offense in the league. And honestly, this offense has been one of the best since they changed their scheme late last season. The #2 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Marvin Harrison Jr., is leading the team in receiving yards. We all knew that he would become a superstar and seeing the work he is doing is so fun to watch. And speaking of being fun to watch, this whole team is fun to watch. Offensively, as mentioned they are the best. Defensively, they bring the heat!
This team currently has the most sacks in the league by far with 32. 32! Wow! And it is no question why. This team has the most aggressive defense, forcing quarterbacks to make quick reads or have their backs on the ground even quicker. Adding Chris Jones in Free Agency makes this team even more dangerous. That move reminds me of the move the Rams made to get Stafford years ago, a move that helped them win the Super Bowl. Although they have not gotten much coverage, don’t sleep. This is still one of the best teams in the league. Go Rams!
