The Chicago Bears just traded their first-round pick that they received from the Panthers last year in the draft. Already, they get another one. The Bears traded Tremaine Edmunds for the Texans’ first-round pick.
The Texans just came off an upset victory and they are not looking back. They get a complete game-changer in Edmunds to help out their defense. Watch out for this defense that already has Derek Stingley Jr. and Will Anderson Jr. This week we saw the improvement of their offense, and I can only imagine their improvement on defense after this trade.
For the Bears, they continue their rebuilding process by getting another pick. Because the Bears have won some games recently, their chances of getting a Caleb Williams or Shedeur Sanders are slim. Nonetheless, this is a great draft class, and the Bears are ready to use the draft as a step in the right direction.
