Draft night is over and the Tennessee Titans are going into the season with a great group of rookies leading the way for the team. On the offensive side, the team started off strong with their 14th ovr pick going to the Right Tackle Josh Conerly Jr. from Oregon, He is going to be starting the season in his RT spot, being one of the focal points for Levis in the coming season. With the second round pick coming up and all of the targets being taken from the Titans before they had a chance, they decided to go for C Jon Monheim from USC, his skills made it so he would be a perfect lock at our RG position for Levis. His instant skills make it so the G Patrick Mekari will be more of a sub lineman in case any of the players on the line get injured or exhausted. With the third round not having a pick, the team was looking to find some studs in the fourth round with their two picks. They first looked at the FS Tommi Hill from Nebraska, who was a player that the team had work out with them in the offseason in which they saw how talented he could be. He is going to be getting some experience from the Veteran Mentor in Jimmie Ward before he takes over the helm at Safety in the years to come. The second fourth round pick that the team took was more so because of how often receivers were getting drafted at a reach, so the team decided to pull the plug on a projected undrafted rookie that the team knew had the talent to be picked in the 2nd or 3rd round. With that pick, the team picked up Jaylin Noel from Iowa State. The rookie is looking to get some mentorship from Amari Cooper while he currently will play as WR3 with Jha’Quan Jackson still recovering from his Torn Pec injury from last season. In the fifth round, the team was looking for someone that could play at the end position and they were able to find one with Ashton Gillotte from Louisville, this guy is someone that is able to instantly take the starting position from Myjai Sanders and is looking to compliment T’Vondre Sweat and Jeffrey Simmons on that dline. With the sixth round being the last chance for the team to draft a prospect, the team decided to go for OLB instead of RB in their draft pick of Kyle Kennard from South Carolina, he is someone that will prove to be good if he gets developed, he is more of a raw talent but the team is looking to invest in him so he can either take over the OLB spot of the aging Harold Landry or he might get moved to DE to play on the opposite side of Ashton GIllotte. With 6 picks altogether in this draft, the team found studs in all of their positions of need and is looking forward to the next season with these players playing a huge part in the success of the team.
