The Super Bowl-favorite Jets were outmatched last night against the Texans. Their defense, just like the upset loss against the Bills, has looked below average. Their offense is top of the charts, but in this game, defense is so valuable. Defense wins championships, and at points in the season, they look like they don’t have any. Is this team still the Super Bowl favorite? Will their defense cost them in the playoffs? Will ARod even be truly healthy? If not, will Wilson be able to handle the pressure? So many questions and the time to answer them is decreasing. Earlier in the season, Jets’ Head Coach asked “Do you believe in me now”, and since then they have given me no reason not to believe in them. I still believe this is the team to beat. I still believe that they will win the Super Bowl. But the truth of the matter is that I am not on the field.
