The OG Journal (go check them out) posted their Super Bowl prediction, so I thought I might as well give mine. Last season, there were many teams I expected to have a legit shot at winning it all. This season though, I believe that certain teams will fold when the pressure is on. Certain teams have not proven that they can beat top talent when the lights are on. That being said, many people talk about the AFC being stacked, but nobody has proved that they can beat the Titans. So for now, they are the kings of the AFC. On the NFC side, I think that this is where a lot of teams can win it. I see certain teams beating one, but not beating another. I say that to say that I believe that the NFC will ultimately depend on seeding.

So here is my prediction. The AFC Championship game will be a rematch from last year, as the Titans will host the Colts. These two teams have the best defense in the league, and I really don’t see a team beating them in the playoffs. These two teams know each other well and another playoff matchup will surely heat up this rivalry. However, I do think that the Chiefs could take the Colts’ spot, as the Chiefs have shown that they are not to be played with. Either way, whether it is the Colts or the Chiefs, I see the Titans pulling out the victory. The Colts have always choked against the Titans and the Chiefs may not have enough against the powerhouse.

For the NFC championship game, I think it will be the 49ers hosting against the Commanders. This week against the Rams, the Vikings struggled defensively. When the playoffs come around, defense is a must. I know that they have a high-powered offense, but things slow down in the playoffs. As for the Cardinals, I’m not so sure that they can handle the big games. The Commanders have been disrespected and I think this is the year that they show they are for real. Unfortunately, I am still taking the 49ers over them. The 49ers are too good and I know they are hungry for redemption after last year.

So then it would be a rematch from week 2. In week 2, the Titans shut out the 49ers. I expect the 49ers to watch the film and come out with a better game plan. However, everyone has a game plan until they are getting pressured by the Titans’ defensive line and dotted up by Will Levis. I see this game being close but the Titans will win it 31-17. And for the first time since 2004, a team will win two championships in a row. the Titans will be back-to-back champions!
