Wow. The Browns have hired Polamalu as their new defensive coordinator. Upper Management has been disgusted with the play of the team and thought that a change in the coaching staff could help turn the tide. Coach Procana did not hesitate to bring in one of the greatest players of all time to help him out. The rebuild in Cleveland has been great in my eyes. This season, we have seen them focus on bringing defensive guys to this team. Now they get a player-coach who will certainly take this defense to the next level. The Browns have not had the best season so far, but any team that has played them knows that if they could sneak their way into the playoffs, they will be a problem. Nonetheless, next season will be a completely different story for this team. With the improvements that will be made on defense just by Polamalu’s knowledge of the game alone, I see this team easily making the playoffs next year.
