After their dominant win over the Vikings, Coach Jalen and the Jets did not even crack a smile. In fact, Coach Jalen looked a bit shocked. After the win, he walked up to the press conference table, and had one thing to say. Actually one question. That being, “The Vikings were supposed to be ‘dangerous’, right? Not even looking for a response, Coach Jalen would walk out and go on to celebrate with his team in the locker room.
That makes two very impressive wins by the Jets. The first one over the 49ers. And now over the Vikings. Two teams that are considered the best in the NFC were completely dominated by the Jets. Many people say that they do not pay attention to the media. I find that hard to believe. And if anyone on the Jets were to say that, I would find that really hard to believe. Since their loss to the Titans and the way the media started to tear them apart, this team is looking 100 times better. Offensively, they look like the Season 3 Jets. Defensively, they look better than they ever have in this OGCFM Era. They rank 10th in the entire league. Wow.
After their win over the 49ers, I said I wasn’t quite ready to release the biggest hot take known to man. And honestly, I’m still not ready. The Jets do have the Packers, Bengals, and Chiefs coming up soon. Depending on how the Jets play those games will allow me to see if I truly believe what I think I believe. For now, props to the Jets. We tore them down when they were down. Now it is time to give them their respect now that they are up. Go Jets!
