Raiders Coaching staff DC Jim Leonhard is coming over from Wisconsin and was a former player in NFL as a safety it is said that his defense aligned with Jalen the kid’s defense and was someone jalen remembered from watching old Jet games HC Jalen The kid someone OGCFM knows well and has had some great teams in the past famously his tenure with the New York Jets for 6 seasons he was fired by the Baltimore Ravens last season after in his first season he did not make the playoffs. He is looking to right the wrongs of last season with these Raiders OC and Assistant Head Coach Eric Bieniemy: Known for developing KC QB Patrick Mahomes into what he is today the question is now is can he develop the Raiders QB1 and maybe earn himself a HC job in the future his issue is the stigma stands that it was Andy Reid who developed 15 and not him this is EB’s chance to show he can develop quarterbacks as he wasn’t able to really develop Howell.
