After a win over the Panthers last week, the Saints Head Coach made a bold claim. After the game, he proclaimed his team as the best team in the NFC. The Saints are now 6-4. Last year they made an incredible playoff run, and this year, they expect to take another big step. This season they haven’t really proven to be the best in the NFC, but a win against the former NFC champions may just be all they need to prove they are the real deal. Derek Carr has found a true home in New Orleans, leading their offense along with Alvin Kamara and Olave. Although their defense is ranked 25th, the Saints made Bryce Young look like a complete fool with the reads he was making. There is plenty of season left, and after a bold claim like that, the Saints will most certainly have a target on their back. At the end of the day, the Saints got the job done last week, so until they lose, they will continue to talk that talk. Will any team be able to stop them after such a big win? Who dat?
