Les Snead reaches out to Adam Peters and deals Cooper Kupp for Austin Ekeler and Frankie Luvu. Kyren Williams has been struggling with break away speed and they believe Ekeler can help split the field. Luvu joins a linebacker core full of a free agent bridge players where he can thrive and find a home for years to come.
Les Sneed wasn’t done however, he reached into his bag and hit up majority of the other GM’s in the league looking for a route runner. Nearly everyone declined his calls… except for Ran Carthon. After negotiating the Rams were able to trade for Deandre Hopkins and gave up a 2025 fourth and a young potential receiver in Landers.
The Rams will spend the remaining of the bye week getting the new players caught up with playbooks and building chemistry in their respective rooms as they gameplan for the undefeated Raiders.
