The Titans went into this week 7 matchup with the 0-6 Lions looking at it like it was a trap game, the first half for the team made it seem like the team might fall for the trap but after a great talk by the Head Coach and Will Levis, the team bounced back to finish the game off 34-17.

Will Levis and the coach found something out after that first quarter of play, they knew that the passing attack was not going to lead them to a victory like it usual did and adjusted the gameplan to focus more on the rushing attack to lead them to the w. Will threw the ball 10 times in this one, completing 6 with 2 tds- 1 int. His lone Int was a mental lapse in who was going to run which route since he tried the play for the first time in this one. His other incompletions were from how good the defense of the Lions was a t getting pressure, Will had numerous open looks but was unable to get the ball out to get scores or first downs in the first half as a result of their tenacious attack on the defensive line. The 2nd half was when they activated the rushing attack. Pollard was able to rush for over 100 in this game on 17 carries, scoring 2 tds and coughing up the ball once which Chig thankfully recovered. Chig would also make a great catch in the third that would give himself a td. On the td to Treylon Burks, he had some people over him more than Chig but Levis knew he had the advantage which proved right when he caught in between 2 defenders before running it in for the score.

The defense came to play in this one, getting a bunch of great plays in all areas of the field. Harold Landry led the team in sacks with 2 in this one, our Lbs in Jones and Murray got the 3rd one combined. The team was pressuring Goff a lot in this one which made him throw the ball in tight situations which landed our team 5 ints to 5 different players. Kenneth Murray, Quandre Diggs, Chidobie Awuzie, L’Jarius Sneed, and Roger McCreary each coming down with one.

The veteran kicker Nick Folk was perfect as well in his 2 fg attempts and 4 xps.
