1) First thing is first, The Lions had one of the best offseason in NFL History. How did you guys pull of the CJ Stroud trade. Walk us through how that came together along with the other amazing offseason moves you guys made?

@OZAWESOME (C) Well it all started with how our last season ended. Our coaching staff felt we went into the biggest game of the year with the right game plan and the mediocre play from our qb room ultimately killed us. Once we got word that the Texans were shopping Stroud, we knew we had to pay whatever it would take to get him in Detroit.

2) Now, you guys have this amazing offseason, your game of the week in a revenge game against the Cowboys. An you guys take a big defeat against the same team that defeated you in the playoffs. I can imagine you guys must feel deflated. Now if that wasn’t enough, after the game the league has this major announcement that the Cowboys cheated directly in the game they played you in. What is your state of mind along with your teams and what do you think about the Cowboys suspension?

@OZAWESOME (C) The cowboys gave us the blueprint of where we need to be if we want to be champions. It’s a team you can’t make mistakes against and unfortunately fumbles have played huge factors in both our losses to them. As for the suspension, it doesn’t bother us too much. We just wanted to let CJ Stroud cut loose and give us a sense of how explosive this offence can be.

3) The Lions have developed a amazing team. A huge majority of this core is under 25. This offense is murders row. How do you intend to sign all these players? Sewell, Hutchinson, and Williams this year. Gibbs, LaPorta, Branch, Stroud. What is the plan cause these 7 guys can command at least 200 million as a group of 7 if not more.(edited)

@OZAWESOME (C) We’re going into next season with over 130mil in cap space and we’re going to try to prioritize getting deals done with all these players. I can’t promise all of these players will be in Detroit 2 years from now, but the window for a Super Bowl is wide open these next 2 years as our GM has done an excellent job drafting young talent and managing our cap numbers.

4) Where do the Lions stand in the NFC? I mean we are going to find out quick because 3 of your first 4 games are against the NFC East which is being labeled as the dream division.

@OZAWESOME (C) I’d say we’re capable of being a top 2 team in the NFC. Obviously we’ve got some big obstacles in the coming weeks and this team is capable of winning all of them. We just need to see how quickly stroud can start to mesh with the rest of the offence.

5) Which team in your division is the biggest threat to you not repeating as champ and why?

@OZAWESOME (C) The bears were always our biggest threat but now with the change in head coaches it’s tough to say. I think this division has a lot of questions marks on it and we’re going to learn a lot in the next few weeks.
